#10

This last day
of a winter
that barely
was,
snow art
leaves its
glory
everywhere
it can,
making
itself
known
before
it surrenders
into spring.

We humans,
before
we die,
often
concern
ourselves
with leaving
our mark,
gathering
up
evidence
that
we
existed.

We want
to be
remembered,
re
membered,
as though
what we are,
the love we are,
can
be
dis
membered.

No worries.
It is
always
here,
always
whole.
